I'm a new member and plan to stay for awhile. Very clean, polite and welcoming staff. The child care is a huge reason why we enjoy going there. Andrew was awesome!! He signed me up and he was confident and proud to show me around the facility. I definitely will be recommending this gym/location to my family and friends!
This is a great gym. It’s always clean, the machines and weights are well taken care of, and the classes are excellent. In the last couple of months I’ve been doing personal training sessions with Sarah McDonald and she has been a wonderful coach. I’ve worked with trainers at other gyms before, but I’m always surprised with the new and effective workouts that she designs for me. It’s not the same moves recycled every week, it’s always new and different with techniques I’ve never seen before. I’m consistently impressed with how much targeted muscle fatigue we achieve in just 30 minutes without it being overwhelming.
Mountainside Fitness is great. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Sarah McDonald our trainer knows her stuff! She is patient, yet motivating. We can always count on her to be present and engaged while providing us with excellent and varied workouts. We enjoy working with her and will continue to do so! Mountainside is an all around great gym.
I have been a member at Mountainside Fitness for about a year now and I love it. I have begun working with Sarah McDonald, personal trainer, for the last month and she is wonderful. She challenges me with a varied workout that is never boring. She even sent me a diet plan to follow. She knows my limits, but is not easy on me. She pushes me when I need it. The club itself is very clean with equipment that is well maintained. They offer a variety of group fitness classes as well. I recommend Mountainside fitness and their personal training program highly, especially Sarah McDonald.
Loved my experience at Mountainside Fitness. Been a member for sometime but recently started training with Sarah to focus on my lower body strength. What I love about this gym and their incredible trainers is their ability to heal you after past injury (concussion-regain stability & neck trauma-Big thanks to trainer Josh) or preparation for ski vacation. Sarah McDonald is teaching me to navigate “Smith” machine & other equipment with confidence understanding reps, weight, tempo, & form.
