Exceptional service from Mouritz throughout. The service technician communicated exactly what the issue(s) were and what was required to repair and applicable time frames to order in the new components. Fitted and tested with minimal fuss. Final invoice was very close to the quotation and happily paid. I would highly recommend Mouritz Air & Solar.
Mouritz have just replaced our old ducted reverse cycle air conditioner which chose to die just before Christmas! They did a wonderful job! We got a quote from Jason, and a more genuinely nice and knowledgeable man would be hard to find! He did not try to over-sell with things we just didn't need. He was complimentary about the previous installers' methods and work which was a huge tick for his credibility! Even the bin delivery gentleman was so polite and nice to deal with, another genuine man. When the contractors arrived to do the install, they were fantastic. Mouritz Gas and Air pick their people really well, no dodgy brothers there!! The guys worked quickly and tried to be as considerate as they could re the power being off and any mess etc. They cleaned up absolutely perfectly after the job was done! Oh, the joy to have the cool air restored! We felt as though we went from the seventh circle of hell, to absolute heaven!! I am sitting typing this and as I am a bit cold, I can just go and reduce the percentage of air to my office!! Who knew such wonders existed! Mouritz did, and they really know how to transform your living comfort with the help of some of the nicest tradies and employees I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thanks so very much guys!! We really appreciate your work and will for the next 20 years!!!
I would highly recommend not using this company. While the salesman was nice enough, the installer was atrocious and the admin team useless. Damage done to walls and around every vent, walls and ceilings left filthy, the installer refused to finish the job the first two times he visited and finally completed the install on a third visit. The installer was also incredibly verbally abusive of his apprentice, which Mouritz seemed to have no issue with. The whole ordeal took months and far more stress than it should have and was only completed after a formal complaint was lodged and letting them know we would absolutely be escalating the matter should the issues not be resolved. I could go on but don't want to give this terrible company any more of our time!
I recently received air conditioning and solar services through Mouritz, and I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by Ryan. Ryan demonstrated outstanding knowledge and experience throughout the process. He was incredibly helpful in explaining how my solar app works, simplifying the explanation so that it was easy for me to understand—even though solar is not my profession. Additionally, Ryan took the time to go over my air conditioning controller with me and even identified a fault, which he promptly corrected. This level of thoroughness and care truly exceeded my expectations. I also love the app, especially that i can turn on my system from my mobile while i am at work or elsewhere away from home. It's been a godsent!! I am so happy I was recommended Mouritz, and especially Ryan specifically, by a family friend. I was not disappointed at all, actually quite the opposite! I wish all services were this easy to deal with and offered such a high level of customer service. Ryan was approachable and willing to answer any question, big or small. Thank you so much, Ryan! It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you, and I will certainly be recommending you to anyone who needs air conditioning or solar services.
Great service from beginning to end of our reverse cycle air-conditioning installation. All the people at Mouritz were nice to deal with. Highly professional, not pushy and value for money. Mouritz was recommended to me by a friend and I am happy to recommend to others. The installation team worked extremely hard and completed removal of the old system and new installation in one day.
