WoW wonderful company the Removal men were professional took care of my all my items as if it was their own. Not one single broken or damaged item during the move. From the very start when I met James he put my worries and concern at bay told how to pack safe and easy way to do it. Nothing was too much for these guys as I haven't move in about 38 years I had lots of questions all of which were answered honestly can't recommend these highly enough. So if you are moving wanting good reliable removal company make Move On Removal your first choice.
Lee and the team for our moving day made the whole day stress-free. They were incredibly helpful, running through the plan with us when they first arrived and chatting through anything that came up through the day to ensure all our belongings were safe and secure in transit. They confirmed what was to be left and moved and were happy to wait for while we collected the keys to our new home. They made the unloading process easy and ensured all furniture was exactly where we wanted it, and all items accounted for before leaving and wishing us all the best in our new property. We would highly recommend the team for an easy move, and were impressed by their professionalism, calm and friendly approach and can-do attitude.
Our sale completion date was a moving feast but Move On were able to accommodate that where others could not. We used them for a full packing service, remove, put into storage and then return all to our new house nearly 3 months later. Their price package was higher than some other local firms but nowhere near as high a one nationwide firm. The crews used were great, very friendly and careful as were the office team. We used their storage facilities too. The only breakages from the pack/store/put back were 2 picture frame glass cracks which were spotted by them and sorted before being returned to us. Very happy to recommend to other potential customers.
Absolutely amazing company, we can't recommend them enough and wouldn't use anyone else! James, Rich, Troy, Callum and Max made the moving experience as smooth and professional as it possibly could have been, working incredibly hard through the hottest day of the year. All our belongings and furniture were protected with great care and nothing was too much trouble. They gave us really helpful tips for unpacking too. The team were super friendly and made us feel really at ease, taking the stress out of the moving day experience! They were even fantastic with our dog when he tried to help! Thank you all so much!
The photos say it all; the move caused significant damage to our goods and property and created undue stress and anxiety. We received no meaningful support during or after the move and felt far from the promised "exclusive level of service." Adding to our frustration, we have since discovered further damaged and missing items after submitting the insurance claim, which we will now have to replace. The cost to replace damaged goods with new was over 5k; the insurance claim accounts for depreciation, so fell far short of that. Also the onus was on us to make the claim, which was time consuming and stressful. If we could award minus stars, we would. During the move, it was evident that the team was unprepared. They failed to pack three vans on the first day as agreed, despite us expressing concerns about the importance of leaving on time due to challenges with our buyers. This resulted in us departing over two hours late, with the buyers waiting on the driveway as goods were hurriedly thrown into the van. Consequently, we arrived at our new house at 10pm, leaving little time for the team to unpack carefully. The rushed and incomplete unpacking speaks for itself through the damage documented in photos. In the end, we agreed for the team to leave, as they were clearly exhausted and eager to return, leaving the job unfinished. This experience has fallen far short of the standards this company promises, and we are now left to deal with the consequences.
