Kevin( afternoon/night shift) was attentive and friendly. Hard working dude. Definitely delicious peanut butter/banana and fiber green smoothies we've tasted.
Don't trust this location. The bowls at this location use juice as a base instead of a thick frozen smoothie type of base. Also, if you order a smoothie, you could honestly just expect to get a cup of foaming fruit juice. I tried calling to let them know about the quality issue, but ended up talking to 2 or 3 different people without ever getting anywhere, being that my first and only language is English, and the manager Laura, and everyone else there didnt really seem to speak enough english for a customer service experiance to seem viable. Ill support the other locations, just not this one.
My boyfriend and I ordered Uber eats from here 2 times bc t's fairly close to our house and I always do priority. Everything was good then, but it came today & everything was juice, the acai bowl & the smoothies. I have no problem with that. Stuff happens. We just wanted to let them know that their stuff was being sent out like that. It's the way the manager handled the situation-she literally offered to remake it. It was taking so long we just gave up & hung up. Well apparently tgey called Uber Eats to see if we had gotten a refund (which we had, we didn't ask them to remake it, we just called to let them know, they never asked about an uber eats redund or anything. We weren't hiding it lol) so i get a call back.. its the manager (Laura) she called back just to tell us rudely that we alreadwe're trying to get one over on them, it's ridiculous.
I came in after being sick for about three days —super dehydrated and just needed something to get me back on track. I had no idea what to order, so I asked for help, and Oscar took great care of me. He explained the drinks, what each one was good for, and recommended something for boosting my immune system, hydration, and even a couple of wellness shots. The service here is honestly amazing. Oscar went above and beyond and made sure I got exactly what my body needed. Thank you Oscar — you’re the best.
Best service here ever! Love the acai bowls from here there the besttt!
