Robert provided excellent communication, timely service, and made my paint chip / rust issue on the passenger side of my door look brand new again. I obtained quotes from many auto body shops in Chicago and most of them told me that I would need to replace the entire door at a very high price for the small paint chip / rust in the photo. Robert said that he would be able to repair the door with no hesitation and at a very fair price. I will recommend M&R to anyone in need of auto body work and will be a returning customer in the future!
I had a great experience and would highly recommend Robert's shop. His shop was fast, reasonable and very straightforward with what I needed to fix my vehicle. When I had an accident I called my mechanic who I know would have a great referral. Garcia's Auto recommended M&R auto body which turned out to be a block from where I had the accident. Robert literally walked over to help me get my car to his shop. When State Farm told me my car was a total loss I was shocked. Robert said, no and told me I could request and in person assessment. Because of that State Farm reversed their decision, Robert was right about the cost of the repairs and value of my car. His shop is family owned and run and trustworthy. And they have a dog, Leo so that tells you everything you need to know!
I’m so thankful for this body shop and the incredible work they did on my car. After my accident, I worried it might never look the same again, but they made it look brand new. The owner went above and beyond with his kindness, flexibility, and professionalism. Everyone there was skilled, attentive, and clearly takes pride in their work. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, high quality service!!!
I recently took my car to here to have my bumper repaired after it been it while parked, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and quality of work. From the moment I walked in, Robert and the staff were friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the repair process and providing a clear timeline for completion. I appreciated the assistance and patience I received as this was my first time going thought this process. The repair itself was flawless. The bumper looks as good as new, and they even took care of a few minor scratches I hadn’t noticed. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the work was completed on time. The cost was reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the service and the excellent customer care I received. I’m very pleased with the experience and highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of auto body repairs. Great service, quality work, and a truly customer-first approach!
Robert at M & R gave me a fair price for the repairs to my car. More importantly, he was considerate of my time and need of my vehicle by getting the parts ahead of time and taking care of the painting of the bumper. I was then able to bring my car in on a Tuesday and have the work done with a 24 hour turn around. That was better than I expected and the work looks great. My car is beautiful again!
