We are really happy with our service from Sergey and Mr Electric. Sergey arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issues we were having. He was very knowledgeable about our situation. He explained what the issues were and how he was going to fix them all. He was able to fix these issues the same day he came out to diagnose them which was a huge help. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Electric of Vancouver and the outstanding service we received from Rick. From the very beginning, they made our visit truly exceptional. We had a very unique and complicated electrical situation, and when I reached out for help, they went out of their way to make an exception and come out right away to assist us. That alone meant so much to us. Rick was absolutely amazing. He spent the entire day with us, patiently working through every detail of the issue without ever rushing. He took his time to make sure everything was done correctly, safely, and professionally. He explained things clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was Rick’s kindness, dedication, and pride in his work. He went above and beyond to help us and made sure the final outcome was clean, professional, and done right. I recently reached out to Mr Electric to have both an inspection or wellness check for our home electrical system, and some required maintenance performed. I was given a convenient appointment time and there was constant follow-up to ensure customer service quality. The technician actually arrived early and was very thorough with an explanation of what would take place. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. Several hours later, all tasks were complete, clean-up of work areas were performed, and a final briefing was conducted to verify our expectations had been met. I would personally wish to thank Josey who conducted the logistics and monitoring for this appointment. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our needs. And finally, to our service technician, Clay. I was impressed with the professionalism he exhibited. There was zero drama. He simply got to the task at hand and kept us informed thru the entire evolution. Mr Electric is a top-shelf outfit, and I recommend them to anyone requiring electrical work.
Josh Rodriguez is an absolutely top-notch electrician. The electrical system in my house is pretty unusual, but Josh had no problem figuring everything out and getting it done right. He was incredibly clean and organized — he actually left my house cleaner than when he started! On top of that, he’s got an awesome mustache that deserves its own 5 stars. Big shoutout as well to the other electrician, Clay Lawrence, who came to help finish the job. Together they made a great team — efficient, professional, and just all-around great guys. Highly recommend!
Where do I start man…Clay with Mr. Electric came out on a lighting job for inside my home (my wife wanted to modernize our lighting with recessed lighting) and man it exceeded our expectations! The amount of aesthetics it brings to our home now is absolutely amazing. Josh also came out to help him and he was equally a delight to work with. They really did an outstanding job from start to finish. Josy was helpful in the office with quick hassle free scheduling as well. All in all a 5 star experience all around. I am definitely going to call them for all my future electrical needs! Thanks Mr. Electric!
