Had a tricky window repair that needed prompt fixing amd was able to get a quick appointment booked. The technician was right on time and very knowledgeable, friendly, and up front and went out of his way to get the job fixed. I had a great experience and would highly recommend for sure.
We had Shyne pop over to fix an electrical issue for our kitchen. He was polite and efficient. This is the second time we have had Mr. Handyman come over to help us and we couldn’t be happier. The first time to build a small wall and the second time for electrical in our kitchen. Janet was our contact through the company who organized the time and let us know when Shyne was on his way and then followed up to make sure we were happy. She was professional and lovely to talk to. Great company! You can’t go wrong.
We engaged Mr. Handyman to do two jobs for us around the house. The team that came out to perform the fixes were quick, efficient, clean and kept me apprised of their plan (as the work took two separate visits). Everything was completed as agreed. From an admin perspective, the process to get an estimate was smooth and painless, and the team was attentive to specific invoicing considerations I had. Ultimately, there were no surprises or hidden costs - everything was bang on with the estimate! I will definitely be considering Mr. Handyman for any future needs.
Mr. Handyman is a company that can do any house repairs you need for your home. My house was repaired after a high wind caused the window trims and wood brackets to fall out last Thursday. The handyman by the name of Steve Martel reinstalled back the window trims, wood brackets and repaired the bent soffit and did an excellent job. He placed screws and repainted the trims and wood brackets back as if nothing happened. I highly recommend Mr, Handyman for any home repair for your home. Keep up the great work Mr. Handyman!!!
Unprofessional conduct, incomplete work, and unauthorized entry — avoid Mr. Handyman West Calgary We hired Mr. Handyman of West Calgary for what should have been basic home repairs. Instead, we experienced unacceptable conduct, policy violations, and substandard workmanship that left our home damaged and much of the project unfinished. Over $7,400 worth of work remains incomplete or improperly done. (see quality of work photos attached) where their team "fixed the issue" by using high gloss finishing paint for repair leaving visible streaks and permanently damaging the knockdown finish. Additionally, we have had to have professional consultation to reroute plumbing to pass cose and one of their technicians entered our home outside of approved work hours and brought an unauthorized individual inside without notice or consent. This person was not introduced, vetted, or confirmed to be trained, insured, or affiliated with the company. The same technician earlier offered to perform additional work for cash off the books. We have attempted to resolve the matter directly and are now filing a formal legal claim and pursuing full restitution through appropriate regulatory and consumer protection channels. We welcomed a respectful resolution however were unable to achieve this directly with Mr. Handyman before proceeding legally. In the meantime, we are sharing our experience to help other homeowners protect themselves.
