Te plumber was very professional and timely. He stayed here to ensure that it wouldn't back up right away. He also explained everything very thoroughly. Also gave us suggestions to prevent future issues as well as suggestions on a few other issues we had going on. We are very satisfied with his service.
I was delighted with the 2nd service call regarding my hot water tank. When the same problem reoccurred I called Mr Pipey back. The receptionist arranged for same day service, (unlike 1st call: had to wait from Saturday afternoon to Monday) She asked the manager to approve a discount due to my having paid for some work on 1st call. Plumber Brandon and his Assistant Derrick arrived earlier than expected (promised between 2-3p, arrived 1:20p) and they completed the hot water tank replacement quickly and efficiently, and removed the old tank!
I recently had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Pipey plumbing service in Detroit for a new water heater installation, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Brandon and Derick were incredibly polite and professional. They jumped right into the work and completed the removal of the old water heater and installation of the new one in less than an hour! Their professionalism and capability were evident throughout the process. As a woman, it was important for me to feel safe and comfortable in my own home while they worked, and they made it easy for me to trust their expertise. They also took great care to clean up after themselves, which I truly appreciated. If anyone needs a water heater, I wholeheartedly recommend calling Mr. Pipey and asking for Brandon and Derick. They accept cash or checks, which is very convenient.

Wow! What an experience! Just had my 50gal water tank installed. The receptionist, Alicia, amazing! She did more than you'd expect from a company. This was an SER from MDHHS.
