I needed after hours service for a leak. I was out of town, and it was the holiday season. I could not find anyone available until I called Mr. Rooter. They got back to me immediately and were on site within a couple of hours. They fixed the issue and the rate they charged was much better than I expected. Mr. Root will be my first call now.
The technician that came to our house listened to everything we said. He took our info into consideration when he did his estimate. It felt really nice to be heard. He worked and fixed our issue quickly. I am very happy with our visit.
Using Mr. Rooter was the best experience I’ve ever had in hiring a plumber. I had issues with a leak involving my washing machine connecting to the hot and cold water lines. Reyes and James arrived in the designated time frame and were extremely polite and friendly. They diagnosed the issue quickly and offered an affordable solution that they implemented right on the spot. You can tell they actually care about the people they help and the work they do. I am not kidding when I say this was easily by far the best experience I’ve ever had in hiring a plumber. I will be using them for all issues and services in the future. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.
