My mother is 89 years old and we have had this company out three times. One of the times they had left a mess that we have to clean up. One of the times a gentleman came out had brought his son who he supposedly was training, right away he was complaining about the fact that his camera was broke telling me he came without the proper equipment needed he ask me if I knew where the clean out drain was? I did not build the house so I’m not sure how I would know where that was at. I certainly know my 89-year-old mother would not know where it was at so he said no worries he would take care of it. . Never found the clean out drain. We had to call them out a third time. This gentleman seemed to know what he was doing so he took him at his word each time costing my mother $400, oh they did have a 30 day warranty and they did give us $50 off from a coupon.. Here we go again the same drain is backed up again, so I decided I am no longer calling them. I called Roto Rooter And lo and behold they were able to find the clean out drain!! It was under the sink in the basement bathroom so they did what they did. They also have a six month warranty. Hopefully this will resolve the problem once again. It did cost us another $400 because obviously we went with a different company. It makes me sick that my 89-year-old mother has spent almost $1200 on something that was never fixed. My fault for calling them three times and giving them a chance. This company did suggest that if for some reason they have to come back out they will use a Hydro jet to clean out her lines if the other company had suggested that we probably could’ve took the $1200 or more that we spent for wasted services and did that the first time but at least now I know where the clean out drains are something Mr Rooter couldn’t find. I would not recommend Mr. rooter. Very dissatisfied.
Great service. Help with finished basement sewer smell. Took time to understand our water and sewage system. Identified several possible sources. Ed explained as he moved to each possible. Isolated a sink drain and tightened connection. Verified that clogging and venting not issue; verified all sinks and drains in area were properly installed and working. Since the smell is intermittent, will have to wait for a few weeks before determining the problem was corrected. Ed was very knowledgeable and focused on finding the source and solution. Will definitely call Mr Rooter again for any future plumbing issues. All this at a great price.
My basement was backing up and needed my drains cleaned. I called and got a same day appointment. They are up front with prices and reasonable and friendly. From the office staff to the workers they did an awesome job! I appreciate receiving a call when the worker is on the way in addition to receiving a text message with the workers picture so you know who is showing up. Austin G. is the best!!!! He is professional, knowledgeable and has provided excellent customer service. He deserves a 5+ rating. If I need to call them in the future, I will request Austin G. If you are looking for a great plumbing company I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.
Much gratitude to Tech Jason S. and Mr. Rooter Plumbing for same day service call and service. Several months in with ongoing worsening plumbing issues. Followed up with recommendation to contact Mr. Rooter. Politeness from initial call to final. Assigned Techs Jason and Tyler arrived in time frame provided. After discussing issues, Jason provided an estimate that addressed my needed services, with final costs being as estimated. Needed services provided expediently. Very impressed with Jason's concern to make sure issues were resolved and care to clean area in which he worked. Both Jason and Tyler were courteous. Appreciated Jason answering any questions that I had. Do not normally like to complete surveys for personal reasons, today's service an exception. Thank you Jason, Tyler, and Mr. Rooter.~KM
I called on Labor Day because my husband was having trouble swapping out our kitchen faucet. The lady who answered the phone (sorry I forgot her name) was friendly and very helpful. She told me they had a tech in the area at another job and she would send him over as soon as he finished. She then called back to let me know he finished and would be to me within the hour. Greg arrived and did a great job removing the old faucet and installing the new one. He also helped solve a water pressure issue we had since replacing our HVAC and water tanks two years ago. It took about three hours from the time of the call looking for help to the completed job on a holiday…that is great service. Also, everyone was very friendly!
