Got back to me quickly and helped me save money where they could without cutting any corners on the service and quality. Brady and Michael were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Explained it all to me so I knew what was happening and did it on the spot. Thrilled with the price, speed, and service as a whole. Will be using Rooter for years to come and hopefully get these two guys again.
Beware Check the L&I site. They're not licensed plumbers. They also said that what their previous employees that did work at my house, didnt know what they were doing. They were only trained to snake drains. They also turned off my furnace, and unplugged it. It was 23 degrees that night. I spent hours trying to figure out why I had no heat. I spoke with the weekend guy and he thought it was funny. He wanted me to go to my furnace and tell him what I saw. Look to a reputable company.
Mr. Rooter met or exceeded all commitments in a very challenging basement sewer pipe repair. After obtaining multiple bids I chose Mr. Rooter for it's competitness and fully communicated repair approach. Mr Rooter exceeded my expectations. The work was performed to a very high standard. The repair team was friendly professional. Simply said, they just did things right. In some cases, voluntarily performing over and above work to assure my satisfaction. The owner personally assured the quality of all the work and kept me fully informed throughout the repair. Given my experience I confidently recommend and strongly encourage you to consider Mr Rooter for your plumbing needs.
I had called Mr. Rooter after calling at least three other plumbers with my emergency water leak problem and not one other plumber picked up the phone just went to voice mail so I left a message on every one of there voice message systems and gave them time a evening to respond. This was on a Friday not one of them called me back. So at 0800 in the morning I called Mr Rooter on Saturday morning and they picked up the phone and was at my house one hour later helping me take care of my emergency. Was very impressed with their response time and how quick they solved the problem. With great customer service. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for your great service and quick response. I called a different plumbing service first and they were unable to come to my house the same day. I next called Mr. Rooter and they had someone at my house within 4 hours. Andre was the plumber that came to my house. He was very thorough and made sure I saved as much money as possible by adding a membership to my account. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
