I’ve been to splash before and was happy with the service. This elite Wash was a free promotion. I was very happy with the service. It’s quick and convenient. The end result when I drive out of the car wash is very pleasing.
Used service a total of 4 times in a month during trial. Attempted to cancel day of recharge and could not due to NFT. They refused to cancel service and attempts to charge my card. Once funds were available, they charged $42 dollars and refused to reimburse even though I could not use the service practically any longer. They also required me to stop in their location in person to cancel which is also inconvenient and not flexible. So now I have to pay the 42 dollars plus gas to their location to cancel a membership I won't be using. I don't recommend their subscription.
Very overpriced for the end result, left my car just as dirty in some spots including the whole front, of the car the whole back, the mirrors and the rear windshield. Only cleaned the sides, front windshield and top of the car effectively, scratched the hood and bent back one of the mirrors.
Dang, this place is nice. High powered vacuums, super nice and professional staff (even the teens), and gave me a free $25 car wash as a new customer. Very impressed!
Decent car wash as it didn’t really get all spots and seems like he made some streaks on windows. Even while going through elite wash twice! I was disappointed with the backside of my car that had a lot of tough water stains it seemed to not come off. Pics attached. I mentioned this to very nice attendant who gave me another round for free but sadly it didn’t help. Vacuums here are solid and were free.
