I was very disappointed with my last visit. Previous visits to indigo have been positive. I did not receive my X-ray/lab results same day. I had to call back the fallowing day and request them. The Dr onsite was good. Everyone else was very apathetic doing their job only willing to read from printed paperwork and repeat if/as necessary. Next time I’ll consider a crowded er as an alternative.
Disappointing!!!! I took my 10 month old boy here as recommended by his doctor but was denied any care. I didn’t even finish speaking and the front desk lady told me he can only be seeing by his primary care provider or surgeon not here. My baby was in distress. They did not even listen to what I have to say. What the issues are. They just told me “not here”. I was sitting in my car in front of the clinic crying as I didn’t know what to do. I can’t go home with my child in a lot of pain. So I went to another urgent care nearby called Franciscan. They took us in checked the surgical area and it turns out that it was an infection. They listened! and help do a test and prescribe an oitment which helped my child so much he is now feeling better. I am urging the team to please do something about this. The way I was treated was very disgusting. I did not feel heard. I did not feel value. It is all because of the skin color? Or was it something else? right when I entered I felt the negative energy. I did not feel welcome. Not even a recommendation of what to do next. They just watch me as I walk out the door feeling helpless with my baby boy. The point is, she did not even listen to all what I have to say she just sent us away like how can you see a baby in distress and not care at all. I do not ever want to visit a place where a little baby cannot even get a simple treatment!
Beautiful clean clinic. Wonderful Dr. And staff. Very friendly and helpful. My Dr. Explained everything very clear. He also made sure I understood what was happening to my body. Explained medicine, was a real pleasure to meet. So happy with my visit. Will definitely 💯 be back. Receptionists was a very polite and friendly young lady. Patty L Sanchez
My energetic puppy pawed my eye! Since it was New Year's Eve I knew my regular PCP wouldn't see me. Even though I was told to expect a one hour wait I was quickly seen. Everyone was polite and kind. Overall a great experience with great care.
Indigo Urgent care was truly a great experience. I set up an appointment time online and they were quick and efficient with the intake and care. Daniel was fantastic and communicated everything very well. Christina was amazing and Chandra was super helpful. Thanks, all!
