If you’re browsing for an instrument and want to feel like a full-on VIP — go see Vance. Seriously. The man absolutely deserves a promotion. I walked in on Friday evening, practically at closing time, fully prepared for a rushed, chaotic, slightly confusing experience… maybe even a small existential crisis about committing to a violin. Instead, I got Vance — easily the most patient, welcoming, and genuinely helpful sales rep I’ve ever encountered. He made me feel at ease right away, answered every question without even a whisper of sales pressure, and somehow turned the entire process into a fun, memorable moment. Buying a violin has been on my list for years, and he made the experience feel meaningful from start to finish. And the deal? Unreal. Black Friday came through strong, but I’m convinced Vance added his own touch of magic to the whole purchase because everything just clicked perfectly. If this is the level of service he brings to the table, promoting him would be the smartest move the company could make. If everyone performed like Vance, they’d need to expand their trophy shelf. 10/10 would happily buy another instrument just for the chance to work with Vance again. 🎻😁

A great shop with excellent customer service! We needed a rental while waiting for our repairs to finalize and Vance graciously worked with us. When it was time to pick up, Libby called us directly and made it a smooth transition. Thank you Music & Arts!
Libby was very helpful in ensuring a smooth transition from my rental to new bass clarinet. I was offered a deep discount for taking a floor model from another store, which so far plays very well. They have an excellent repair facility where Matt can fix or adjust just about anything!
Vance was incredible! Stopped in to get my bass restring and they had it done within the hour, super personable and informative, and Vance even took the time to fix up a couple things on my bass just out of the kindness of his heart. Been in here a few times but definitely coming back now for good. They give lessons too! Definitely give this place a chance if you are in the area. Thanks guys!
