Love this store and its staff. Store is always organized even when they’re stocking and overwhelmed in the beginning of the year. They always make sure to answer all my millions of questions and make my kids feel comfortable and welcoming. I’m a former band kid who is now a mom of 3 band kids in both middle school and high school levels, stated with elementary with 2 of them. We have switched instruments, rentals, purchased instruments you name it and they always are right there to help us make the best decisions for each musician.
I can’t say enough great things about my son’s saxophone teacher Andrew at Music & Arts! His passion for music is contagious, and their teaching style is both inspiring and incredibly effective. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine advanced techniques, they tailor each lesson to your goals and skill level. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and always encouraging, he makes learning fun and rewarding. My son’s progress has skyrocketed thanks to their guidance—highly recommend to anyone serious about mastering the saxophone!
We purchased a guitar for my son today. The whole experience was amazing. We went home and he used the guitar with a strap and the strap came off causing the guitar to fall and break. We took it back to the store and they were very understanding and replaced the guitar.
Very Nice Family Oriented local to NW Tucson...I picked up picks and electric guitar strings. I spoke with 1 of the two males on the shift and he showed me some showroom floor practice amps and a 50 watt Fender Digital amp I would consider at a least Semi-professional guitar amp. Most of the amps were smaller. I looked in the keyboard section and viewed several new keyboards....Roland and Casio included. I enjoyed the visit and would recommend musicians and Parents to see if you can utilize this facility for your musical needs!
We recently visited Music and Arts in Tucson to purchase a violin bow for my wife, Elizabeth. We were fortunate to be assisted by Nate, who was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different types of bows and their benefits, ensuring we found the perfect one for Elizabeth. What really stood out was Nate’s dedication to giving us the best price possible, making us feel valued and appreciated as customers.
