I had the quesabirria and it was lovely! Great portions at a good value for lunch. I'm excited to come back and try their other options.
Brilliant little place. Super tasty food, excellent portions, quick friendly service and all for a VERY reasonable price. The staff were quiet, friendly and attentive. I can’t remember having a better Mexican so naturally ate more than I should, but I dot not regret it! We lucked out finding this place so make sure you go see them very soon!
4.5/10 Birria Tacos Tacos were average and tasted kind of sweet which im assuming might of been because of the tortilla but whatever. Never had a borria taco like that in my life. Would not recommend.
The food here is not good. We ordered at 2:30 on a Friday, only ones in there. The tamale was large but it’s 90% masa and the cheese was chewy and tough. These are some of the worst I’ve had. The black beans and refried beans lack any flavor and seem like they are unseasoned out of a can. I don’t think salt exists in that kitchen. The rice was bland and pretty much all the food had zero flavor to it. It’s impressive to see Mexican food done this poorly. I would not recommend this spot when there are many others in the area that do it much better.
We are visitors to New Jersey for the first time. This restaurant was within walking distance from where we are staying. The atmosphere was very relaxed, the service was wonderful, thank you Kim. The food was so delicious and portion were very generous. The prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Mexican food.
