My Tires Guys was great for helping me swap out my summer tires for winter ones. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional--Jimmy called me about half an hour before my appointment to know that the technician was running late from a previous appointment, but he was able to make it on time anyway and completed the swap within the hour. Overall, it was a very efficient and pleasant experience; they were even okay with my car being parked on the street.
After moving from a suburban home with plenty of storage to a Boston apartment with none, I quickly ran into a challenge: I rely on swapping between winter and summer tires to stay safe on the road, and my all-wheel-drive vehicle needs all four tires to wear evenly to avoid unnecessary strain. With my building prohibiting tire storage, I searched for shops that could both store my tires and handle the seasonal change—but found very few options until I came across My Tire Guys. They arrived at my building’s loading dock exactly on time and communicated clearly beforehand to confirm everything was on track. In just about an hour, they mounted and balanced my winter tires and took the summer set with them for storage. What impressed me most was the technician’s attention to detail: he carefully labeled each tire’s position before taking them away, something my dealership had skipped, so the next technician will know exactly how to rotate them for even wear. The service brings together convenience, craftsmanship, and professionalism in a way that’s hard to find. I couldn’t recommend My Tire Guys more highly, and I’m genuinely looking forward to working with them again when the seasons change.
I just barely passed my emissions test on Tuesday, with a strong admonishment about my tires. I immediately emailed My Tire Guys and had an appointment on Friday. Ralph and Julio showed up 10 minutes early with everything they needed to help me. They replaced all four tires and took the old tires away! I will always call My Tire Guys when I need quick, efficient, and cost-effective mobile tire service. Thank you!
I had an amazing experience with My Tire Guys. Jake and Julio were professional, efficient, and very friendly. They came right to my location, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. What stood out the most was how quickly they got the job done without ever making me feel rushed. They even double-checked everything to make sure my car was safe before leaving. It’s rare to find a service that’s both convenient and trustworthy, but My Tire Guys truly delivered. The pricing was fair, the communication was excellent, and the overall experience was seamless. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs mobile tire service.
I’m not from Boston, and I live on the road. My wheels were stolen and these guys were absolute professionals throughout the entire process. 24 hours after I called them, they were out with new rims and tires. They were able to get my car OFF THE GROUND, and safely installed all four tires, while it was in a Holiday Inn parking lot stall. HIRE THESE GUYS. Thanks again for your help.
