Just bought winter tires and had them put on my car through My Tire Guys. Throughout the entire process, they were friendly, responsive, proactive, and efficient. It seems like they take a lot of pride in the meaningful work that they do. Thanks to Jimmy, Jake, and Rafael for a great customer experience.
Great experience with my tire guys they installed, balanced and adjusted the pressure of four new tires. All of this from my own driveway in West Roxbury, so convenient and easy they will be my go to for any additional tire installs going forward. So much better than the Costco experience!
Jake and the entire My Tire Guys team are fantastic! Booking is always smooth and easy. Jake sends out reminders about when it’s time to swap tires, which for a forgetful person is incredible. The entire swap takes about 30 minutes and is right at your home, then your off season tires are carted away and stored. It’s the most convenient and space efficient service for city living. Could not recommend them more.
The customer service is excellent, both when I called to schedule an appointment, and when Raphael and Julio showed up ( on time) to change the tire, the next day. Their prices are a little higher than you can find if you shop around, but considering the good customer service, they are solid pick. If I ever need a tire, I won't hesitate to give them the business.
Excellent service and value. I had to replace a front tire last year after getting a sidewall bubble. I decided to go with the Firehawk Indys. When I put the winters on this fall, I saw the rest had to be replaced. Trouble was, getting to the shop safely to have them swapped. Then I realized a mobile service could come to me. I found My Tire Guys online and they were great! We had a nice chat as car enthusiasts and had the tires at the warehouse. Great price, speedy service, and so convenient. So happy!
