MYSIDE is an amazing gym, with amazing equipment and staff. Joe is an experienced trainer with passion and compassion for anyone looking to better themselves. MYSIDE is for anyone, whether you're just starting out on your fitness journey, or an experienced power lifter. The value you receive for the price is just incredible. Joe at MYSIDE creates custom tailored workouts and plans that fit your needs based on where you are at in your fitness journey. I have some super specific goals, and Joe always made sure he was keeping them in mind as he developed the plan. He keeps things fresh and new and it is always fun coming in for a session. The gym itself is welcoming and has a plethora of equipment to suit any movement you're looking to accomplish, including the classics (bench, deads, squats). I wouldn't hesitate to send any of my friends or family to MYSIDE.
As someone who has been a couch potato for years and never had the motivation to get fit, I finally took the leap and chose Myside Fitness. Joe is hands on, informative, and very welcoming to people that don't know the first thing about starting out. I am absolutely excited for this new journey in life thanks to Joe and his professional knowledge. Will refer to everyone. I am sore today and I couldn't be happier.
Joe hosted a free squat clinic today that was super informative. I was given tons of info and several tips to help make my squats more effective during my workouts. I learned quite a bit today off of one session that wasn't even a full workout. Go see Joe at Myside Fitness. After today I'll definitely be doing more classes with him! Extremely kind, encouraging and knowledgeable dude!
Joe has been phenomenal to work with in achieving my fitness goals. I’ve been working with him for a little over a year. He keeps it challenging and is always knowledgeable and encouraging. The atmosphere is comfortable and not the slightest intimidating. I agree with others that Joe is a great guy. We have the best conversations.
Joe is probably the best trainer I have ever had. I have had a few in my lifetime and he is by far the most understanding and easy to work with in town. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get in shape or even just feel good when you leave the gym, not overly pushed or exhausted. He works with you every step of the way and encourages you to reach whatever goal you may have! Great guy and overall friend! Great workout this morning as usual!!
