Helped with my iPhone 13, was having battery problems and the guy fixed it in less than a week. Super smart kid I can tell he knows what he’s doing.
Saved my pc, brought it after a power surge, they fixed it, I brought it home and made the mistake of plugging it into the same outlet and caused it to have the same power supply issue Brought it back to them and they fixed again, didn't charge me the 2nd time even though it was my mistake. Highly recommend this shop, great turnaround and very accommodating!!
Highly recommend this shop. Everyone working there was super helpful, professional and friendly. I brought my gaming PC in and they worked hard to narrow down what the issue could be and fixed it perfectly in the end, for a very fair price. Happy to have my PC working like new, thank you again to everyone at the shop! I’ll be back if I ever need tech services again and will recommend y’all…
I must say that this has been the best customer service experience I've ever received from a cell phone store. I give the owner a 5 star rating as he has went above and beyond to meet my expectations! Great store it's definitely one of my favorites.
The best tech store. Very good customer services. I went to another store in chicago and they were not able to fix it but myspot tech fixed it for me. I really recommend it.
