Horrible experience. The lady that did my basic gel manicure rushed through the entire service. The cuticle nippers she used weren’t even sharp so the dried cuticle was left behind all over the edges and it was very chompy. I knew that was going to affect the paint job so I mentioned it and she tried to go back but she still rushed it. And it still didn’t come out as good as it could’ve been had she taken an extra 5 minutes on them. Also, not only was the polish dried out and came out bumpy, she didn’t clean the overflowed polish from the edges. Because the polish was so thick and dried out, the polish wasn’t flush and clean on the cuticle and you can see the gaps between the color and the cuticle with how she painted it. And her own brushes in her kit weren’t even clean. I hate to leave bad reviews but I’m never coming back here. I would pay triple for what I wanted if I knew I was going to get quality service. It’s about the quality for me. And this place isn’t that. Icing on the cake is that they were too lazy to get the shade of chrome that I wanted from the one I chose in their sample books. Like, why make a customer choose a color when you’re not even gonna grab it. I would’ve looked for the bottle myself had that been the case, plus chrome costs $15 extra. Horrible. I haven’t had a manicure this bad in a long time.
I had such a great experience here ! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I booked an appointment with Tweety. My nails turned out better than I could have ever expected. Got exactly what I asked for. Better I would even say. She is so skilled in her artistry I cannot wait to come back for my next set. And the complimentary cocktail was also such a plus
First off, never trust what people say on social media. Nail Forum really messed up my nails. I already have very thin and brittle nails and even the girl that did my nails said that. I don’t remember her name and I wish I did, but she drilled so deep into my nail beds I can almost feel my own skin underneath. The fact that she even pointed out my nails were thin she continued to drilled deep into it. With filing, she filed the side of nails so deep that I was drawing blood at one point. By the time she began the gel polish she just kept messing up and had to wipe it off and redo it. When I went under the UV light all my nails were burning. It was all just a horrible experience. These photos were from when I got them taken off and the nail tech said my nails were badly ruined and unhealthy. Now fast forward, my nails are all breaking off one by one so now I have to wait for it to grow it. Note to self, never trust what social media says about anything and just trust your gut.
This nail salon is easily one of the best I’ve ever been to, and it truly lives up to the hype. My mom first discovered it on TikTok and loved her experience so much that she went back a second time. That’s when I decided to join her, and I’m so glad I did. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the nail technicians were all very friendly. Leah, in particular, did an amazing job on my dip powder nails—I couldn’t be happier with the result.
Steven did my nails and toes! He did an amazing job on my nails and was able to bring my inspo photo to life! His attention to detail is exceptional! I highly recommend booking with Steven for any elaborate designs such as this one! I got the tropical breeze pedicure (formerly known as the organic spa pedicure) and it was great and relaxing as always! The drink always tasty! I asked for the Malibu Sunrise and enjoyed it very much. For my toes I did white French tips!
