My family and myself walked into this location looking for a new couch. From the moment we opened the door, the lady at the front desk actually FELL OUT when she saw us coming in, she WAS NOT "Welcoming" at all! Even as she sat there scolding at us, I took it upon myself to say "Hi," and that we were just there to look. After walking around for awhile, a different person tried to help us, but at that point they made it very clear they didn't want to help us. We left and will happily NEVER return! FYI: I could pull the "race card" thing. But You guys as a company know how you treat certain "people". It was crystal clear! Good luck choosing customers based off their skin color!
I have called multiple times left voicemails to get my couch fixed with warranty since last year. Nobody ever calls back to come fix my couch service department is so crappy. Finally I told the girl who answered to message the manager for me. Still do not have my couch fixed.

Naturewood has been an iconic furniture store for decades. This is a higher end furniture store-nothing cheap will ever be found here. The prices reflect the quality (at least, in our experiences). Most furniture purchased here will be in a family for years & years. The furniture covers all the rooms in a home from bedroom to living room to den to kitchen and so on. The sales staff appear to be experienced & knowledgeable. Again, nothing cheaply made or of poor quality will be found here. We appreciate the care and regard from the staff and vendors.
Family owned furniture store. We had the pleasure of dealing with a professional "Cyrus" we asked to look at the mattress area, no doubt that Cyrus knew his business and is proud to be employed at Naturwood. He sold us on the mattress, then perfectly matched it to a frame and night stands. We became seriously interested in buying until His manager turned down our $10,000 offer versus $10,240. What a way to lose business. Sorry for the decent Sales associate. By the way they called us back to say. The boss will take the offer 👎👎
