Very good customer service. Didn't take them very long to carry my washer and dryer...and the pedestals and install. The guys who did the work were very nice and polite. I will definitely go back to Nawara Bros when im ready for my other appliances.
I have purchased numerous items from Nawara Brothers over the years from TV’s for my home and previous business as well as Washer / Dryer and other appliances. They always handle everything from delivery / installation / Set up. They also did numerous giveaways for events I held at business. A Great Local Company with good communication and service from delivery drivers /installers all the up to Management. Highly Recommend.
We were very happy with our sales person, Justin. He was informative and very helpful, but not pushy. Yes, we did pay a bit more for our washer but it was worth it to us. They also have the best repair service so it’s also peace of mind if we require help in the future.
Justin was our initial contact. From the beginning, he was patient, informative, Answering all our questions. My wife and I were shopping for a dishwasher and possible refrigerator. We decided to pass on the refrigerator even though the sale price was a phenomenal price. The dishwasher came down to two models and again Justin was very patient with us and explained all the differences between the models. FYI, we bought the Bosch 800 dishwasher and very pleased with it. Installation was timely and professional, and a bonus of a sale price on the installation. While there at the store, we discovered Nawara also sells mattresses and adjustable beds. Again, Justin helped us in our search. We did not buy a mattress and base, but plan to in the future. I highly recommend Nawara Brothers.
I had a wonderful experience using Nawara Brothers for the purchase of a new fridge. Tom walked through the store with me and went over all the options/costs and helped me pick out my appliance. He also was able to set me up for same day delivery! The delivery went well, and they even took my old fridge away, which was very kind. I am very happy with my experience and appreciate how smooth Nawara Brothers made this big purchase!
