Was just back in town from a winter road trip and my truck was filthy. Called Emanuel Tuesday and he had me in the next morning. I had clients coming in for the weekend and my truck was spotless. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them. I called three other places and he was the only person that answered right away.
I am extremely unsatisfied with my service. I was gifted an interior and exterior detailing service (booked through Groupon). On Emmanuel's website it appears to be the Deep Clean Package. I was expecting to see my entire car cleaned. What I received was an extremely basic cleaning of the interior. My trunk was untouched because I left a few items in there but I would have removed them if I was told at any point to do so. The exterior was actually dirtier than when I left it and to top it all off, I was charged an additional fee for pet hair. I was warned about the possible et hair fee at least. For nearly $300, this was an incredible waste of time and money. Not remotely worth the price or the hassle.
Need-A-Hand is the best car detailing service. A friend threw up in my car and I was able to get in immediately, with no hesitation! Turn around was super quick, and my car actually looks like it never happened. Prices are so incredible, especially because he does such a careful and efficient job. Go here to get your car detailed!!
Emmanuel is working hard to build a successful business and it shows. We got a coupon for the first car, I booked online and then skeptically drove across town in the hopes that I had finally found a good interior detailer. (I've been burned in the past...so for several years I've just done it myself...alas, physical limitations have shut that down for awhile.) I were so happy with the results, I left a second vehicle, a pickup truck, for him to do that very day. Turn around was quick, but I didn't feel like any quality was sacrificed. Last summer, it would have taken me all day when Emmanuel did in a few hours. If you prioritize a fast, quality, and most of all, no-bullshit experience when getting your car detailed, Emmanuel should be your first stop.
Emmanuel got me together. He was very professional and was the exact person I needed for the job. My car was trashed before he got a hold of it. I'm breathing easier inside my vehicle now, thanks to him. He did great communicating his timeline. He made it work well with my schedule on short notice. Will come again. Will recommend.
