We recently worked with Nelcan Electric on a new home build. Their friendly team patiently guided us through the many options available and expertly completed the installation of all electrical, lighting, and motorized shades. The best team of Electricians, hands down. Nelcan has never failed me. My most recent incident was 2 non-working bedroom heaters. I had two other electricians try to solve the problem, and for whatever reason, they didn't seem to want to dig deeper after telling me, "You need new heaters," even though I knew this couldn't be the issue. From the first moment Nelson (owner of Nelcan) came to take a look, he told me he was going to solve the issue and figure out the cause of my failed heaters. Soon after Mitch arrived, he discovered the issue and had my heat back on fairly quickly. The whole team is amazing including Penny who kept me up to date with appointment times and details of the job. Thank you!
We have used Nelcan twice for our new home - once for broken under floor heating thermostats and again to install some BC hydro peak saver equipment. Communication was excellent and prompt and there were no hidden fees or surprises at any stage. I felt completely comfortable having their staff in my house as a young female alone with my baby. Will happily use them again and highly recommend to friends and family.
This is the fourth time that we've used Nelcan for various Strata issues and I've always been so impressed with their responsiveness and flexibility. Penny, the inside staff member is fantastic to work with. The electricians Nelcan sends are experienced and friendly. I highly recommend using Nelcan.
