After my truck was towed to Network Collision, they were really patient to let it sit there for several weeks while I tried to workout my insurance coverage for repairs. They really understood my issues with insurance better than I did and ultimately, when I finally gave the go ahead to start the repair work, they went line by line through project to do everything right but also save costs to me where possible. Network did a great job with my truck and gave me the confidence that they really were on my side, doing everything they could limit unnecessary expenses to me. I’m very happy with my experience at Network.
I recently had work done on my 2015 Silverado RZ2. I chose Network Collision to do the work. Their reputation is stellar. Any company that guarantees, in writing, a lifetime warranty has to confident in the work performed! I had the pleasure of dealing with staff, not one time did they have a negative word about anything. Not only was I treated well, but I watched everyone that came in the door receive first class service. Above all there is a beautiful young lady that deals with everything, her name is Stormie, I don’t think there is anything you may need that she can’t facilitate one way or another. I HIGHLY recommend Network Collision!!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Network Collision. They even let me drop my car off before my insurance had finished finalizing the estimate, which was a huge relief. I originally went to them because my dealership, Berge Mazda, recommended them—and I’m so glad I listened. I was really wary of the first repair shop my insurance tried to send me to. They told me they couldn’t use OEM parts, even if I paid out of pocket, and then mentioned they’d “check a junkyard” for a replacement door. It felt like they cared more about their profit than what I wanted. Network Collision was the complete opposite. They treated me like family from the moment I walked in. Everyone there is genuinely kind and helpful—seriously, even the receptionist. As a woman, going into a repair shop can be intimidating because you never know how you’ll be treated. But here, I never once felt taken advantage of. They listened to what I wanted, handled all the communication with my insurance, and made the whole process stress-free. They also work with Enterprise, which made getting a rental super convenient—and that Enterprise location is just as friendly. I live four freeways away and drove nearly two hours to get to them, and I do not regret it. My car has a four-step paint process, and they honored it completely. Their warranty is longer than most shops too—basically as long as I own the car, I can come back if anything they worked on ever has an issue. Most places only offer a couple months. I was nervous that my Miata wouldn’t look like new again, but oh my gosh…it looks flawless. Even better than before. They even offered to repaint a few tiny spots where I had rock chips, just because. Who does that? If you want a truly stress-free experience, go to Network Collision. Some of the guys there have worked in insurance claims, so they know exactly how to communicate with insurance companies. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, and their workmanship is unmatched. Hands down, if any of my friends or family ever need body or paint work, I’m sending them to Network Collision without hesitation.💕
This is an absolutely incredible place to do business. It feels like Joe is your brother in the body business. His prices are fair his work is top of the line and he's just so easy to deal with. Stormie at the counter is an absolute delight to be the initial have of the company. I highly highly recommend.
I want to say i had such a great experience here! I was referred from a attorney and they gave me this place as a recommendation! Stormi helped me contact the insurance and was so sweet and helpful! She def helped this process run so smooth! Joe was amazing with communication helped me get my car sooner! Any updates in the car findings and anything they found broken they communicated and told me. There was not hidden communication everything was so well done and my car came out amazing!! I am so happy and all my family even was so shocked on how well it all looked! 10/10!
