Neutral Ground Academy is an excellent martial arts school with a strong focus on discipline, respect, and personal growth. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping students improve both physically and mentally. The training environment is welcoming and supportive, making it a great place for beginners as well as experienced practitioners to learn, grow, and build confidence.
I've been training here for years and have nothing but good things to say about the people here. The environment that has been created is welcoming and allows you to explore the sport in a safe way. There are plenty of classes to choose from at their various locations and everyone genuinely wants to get better and share their knowledge. Looking forward to many more years with Neutral Ground.
I’ve only been to a few of the women’s classes but I would highly recommend Neutral Ground if you’re just starting out. Everyone is extremely welcoming and gives you the space to learn at your own pace. There are plenty of classes between the locations if you’re looking for a good time for your schedule. So far I’ve seen many different ages and ability levels, which is refreshing for an athlete in their 40s. Give it a try! You won’t regret it.
Just took our 14 year old daughter here for class and she loved how welcoming everyone was. Will definitely be bringing her back! Great studio, teachers and community feel.
I have been coming to neutral ground for years and lived the environment. You get to grow at your own pace but be challenged at the same time. I even have my kids enrolled and love to see them grow in this environment as well. Bjj might not be for everyone but I would recommend it to anyone for the experience.
