Wow, these guys are no joke. So I had my college daughter's Subaru done, as one can imagine, being gone 3 years, what the shape was. The interior and exterior job was amazing. The paint looked almost new on a 7 year old car when they were done. Kudos. After that I took my wife's Volvo and had interior and exterior ceramic done on it. I waited to write this review as wanted to see if there was a benefit to having ceramic and I can tell you YES. The interior was tested first with a coffee spill and muddy dog. All of which didn't leave a stain on the light color carpet or leather. Thank you Keith.

I recently purchased a car that unfortunately had a musty smell, likely from being stored for an extended period. I decided to take it to New Look for a thorough detailing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results! The owner and the detailing team went above and beyond, meticulously cleaning every inch of the vehicle, even underneath the carpet. It's clear they take pride in their work, and the transformation was nothing short of impressive. The car smells fresh and looks like new again! Additionally, the customer service was top-notch. The owner kindly offered to drive me home after I dropped off my car, which made the whole experience even more convenient and pleasant. I highly recommend New Look to all my fellow Military Veterans and anyone in need of car detailing. If you want your vehicle to feel like it's back in showroom condition, this is definitely the place to go!
I took in my SUV to be completely cleaned and detailed. Was able to make an appointment with Keith via txt. I dropped off the SUV and a few hours later it looked like it did when it was brand new. They did a GREAT job getting rid of the dog hair, dust, junk, etc. I was shocked at how great it looked and smelled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
