I attended a workshop focusing on shoulders and while speaking to the physical therapist about my stress levels and digestive issues I was dealing with she recommended New Ridge Chiropractic stating their neurological focused care might prove beneficial. During my initial visit Dr. Kelly took the time to conduct a thorough evaluation and answer my questions. Erika is kind, friendly, professional and made me feel welcome. Appointment scheduling has been easy and I have always been able to find a time that is convenient. The atmosphere is calming and friendly. I have seen improvement in my overall stress levels and am starting to see improvement in some of my digestive issues. I am thoroughly impressed with the care from both Dr Kelly and Dr Josh and I highly recommend New Ridge Chiropractic to anyone seeking professional chiropractic care.
After calling around frantically to chiropractors when my back blew out my first few weeks of pregnancy Dr Kelly and Dr Josh got me in same day! I’ve been going to them through my entire pregnancy and it has been a great experience! Erica is also so great managing schedules, appointments, and just an all around great person to talk to at each visit! 100 percent recommend New Ridge Chiro!
The whole team here at New Ridge is phenomenal! I was very reluctant to try a chiropractor for many years to try to address my neck and back pain due to all the out of control chiropractor videos on youtube and social media. However, I finally decided to give it a chance and Im very happy I did. Dr. Josh has been amazing and has helped to eliminate all of the pain that I was living in for many years. I have felt extremely safe at all times because of the care he has for each of his clients. The whole team is extremely down to earth and so helpful. I would 100% recommend New Ridge to anyone looking for chiropractic care.
Dr. Josh and Dr. kelly have both helped me with my shoulder pain and neck pain. After a series of sessions I have no shoulder or neck pain, I am sleeping better, and over all feel better. They are very knowledgeable and are consistent with the treatments. They have a great facility and friendly staff! Would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel better!
There is something really special about New Ridge Chiropractic. Our story started when I was at my final breaking point with our daughter and her very frequent anger outbursts, the emotional tantrums, troubling focusing and listening to the most simplistic things was a huge struggle. Yes, I told myself and by others that it’s just a phase or that it’s part of her age, but I knew there was something deeper. I started following Dr. Kelly on instagram and her knowledge and posts on neurological imbalances and nervous system focus chiropractic, I knew this was care that I needed to seek. We set up for first consultation and scans, and with in one scan..I did it! We found this missing piece, the scans showed that she was in a constant state of flight or flight, and her static EMG were quite literally off the charts. I cried all the way home, I knew I made the right decision and trusted my gut. We decided to move forward with care with Dr. Kelly and New Ridge and IT. WAS. LIFE.CHANGING. Dr. Kelly literally performs miracles and shows passions and knowledge in what she does and as she does it. We have noticed such a difference in our daughter along with everyone who knows and loves her most. Our daughter is more calm, able to control her emotions, be more present and I am able to breathe a little lighter, not feel like I’m walking on nails and we are both happier. I’m happy to see a side of my daughter that I felt like I missed for so long. In one of our appointments, I could tell our daughter was a bit dysregulated, Dr. Kelly did her adjustment and in a matter of minutes, she changed. It was wild. Our daughter has now graduated to wellness and we are incredibly proud. Dr. Kelly, Dr. Josh and Erica are extremely special and I would recommend them over and over again! They are determined to help you and get to the root cause of whatever you are going through. This is your sign 🤍
