George and Kevon were great to work with. They came in for a Saturday emergency service and they fixed everything quickly. Kevon was quick, respectful, nice and fixed our problem
I had a great experience with New York City Electricians - George, David, and William make a great team. They upgraded the wiring to support an induction stove in my home. William was extremely proactive in communicating throughout the project and explaining the work. David did a great job with the wiring and even came back the next day on short notice to help with installation of the stove after the appliance store’s installation team failed. Many thanks.
George and Edison did an amazing job. We had water in our fuse box due to a roof leak in our building. George answered immediately when we called at 11:30pm and kept us up to date on what we needed to do to keep ourselves and the apartment safe and throughout the whole process. Edison, the electrician, arrived promptly and explain what the issues were. Thankfully they also noticed some hotspots due to previous wiring that was completed badly. They promptly replaced the fuse box and ensured we were happy. We also noticed how methodical Edison was in making sure things were done right, and an hour after he left, before which he explained what he did, George called to make sure we felt comfortable and satisfied with the job. 10 stars if I could give it.
If you ever find yourself in need of an electrician, CALL THEM! I found myself searching for an electrician online and called them based on their reviews - all of which are absolutely correct. George was professional, responsive, helpful and KIND. I ended up not needing them (it turned out to be a Con Ed issue on the block), and George promptly refunded me, on his own (!!) when i called to cancel the appointment. He stayed in touch and followed up the next day to be sure our issue was resolved. But above all - when i was panicked, George's reassurance kept me calm. If i ever need an electrician, they are the only ones I'll call. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I can’t even begin to explain the amount of panic I was in when I called New York City Electricians. I had an incident in my apartment with one of my electrical outlets and was desperate for someone to come out and take a look right away. I spoke to George on the phone who immediately put me at ease. I explained the situation and he worked to get someone out to me within a few hours and I was so appreciative. Not only that, but he continued to update me on the technicians arrival time and checked in throughout the process and you don’t always get that level of service in NY. Emilio was the technician who arrived and he was very professional and handled the job thoroughly and within 30 minutes. I am forever thankful for how professional and quickly they handled the job and will be using them again should I ever have another electrical issue! Can’t thank the team enough!
