PAID $900 for a rope necklace for it to break the second day. I was walking and it fell right off my neck. At first I thought it was the clasp. It was actually unraveling got it repaired only to wear it one time to break again in another spot. The whole chain was poorly made it's real gold just poorly made. My mom called me to tell me the same thing was happening to hers. Another $900 necklace!!!!!!!
To be honest i never had a problem with the jewelry. It last a long time and it never broke. However the prices started going way up and it does not match the quality. And not to mention the customer service is terrible. You will do better going to a pawn shop to spend your money and you can get quality jewelry at a decent price
Wow I actually got custom gold grills and a chain, and some other jewelry from them a few years ago the chain did break extremely fast. And I just called because I wanted to go back and give them some more business but the guy on the phone has such a attitude because I was asking about bringing in some scrap jewelry but I think I’m just going to go somewhere else cause they had an attitude then and they still got a attitude.
Great selection, prices, custom work, and repairs. They customized my gold bracelet with White Gold in the diamond cuts. Came out beautifully and the name chain for my daughter was made beautifully. I highly recommend 👌
Waited over a year for this “custom” trash. It was a gift for my mother. Took 6months the first time- only for them to spell the name wrong. As you can see on the BACK OF THE PENDANT! Then they did it over and it looks a mess! Scratches and mark ls all over it , super thin and Flemsy and not to mention a safety hazard. The edges are so sharp. Just save your money and do your research, these people are not good
