I honestly can’t recommend Richard highly enough. He is such a kind, genuine person and really takes care of everyone who walks through the door. From the start, I felt looked after and never rushed, and everything was explained clearly and honestly. He goes above and beyond to help, treats people with real respect, and you can tell he truly cares about doing the right thing. It is such a relief to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust. An absolute gem and easily the best mechanic I have ever dealt with.
Richard did a blue slip on my car at short notice (thank you!), he was professional and to the point. I really appreciate the no nonsense approach! While I was there, he was helping 2 young German guys who had a warranty issue with a different shop. Wasn’t his problem to sort but he went out of his way to help them try and get it sorted for free. Shows you just how much integrity Richard has. Highly recommended 🏆
I recommend Richard every time. As a woman I always feel respected and listened to in his shop, any issue my van has is broken down for me and clearly explained. Through coming here not only has my van been a happy girl but I have learnt so much about how she works. Sensible prices, a wealth of knowledge and overall a lovely experience. Richard and staff have been so very helpful each and every time we have been there. His old school approach and his many years of experience makes him a pleasure to deal with. He is also the most honest mechanic we have ever dealt with, if something doesn't need doing, he will explain why, rather than have you waste money on something unnecessary. Lovely bloke, very quick and I would and have recommended him to others.
