Generally great service. However, they called me at the end of the day on Friday to say my car would not be ready until Monday. This was after I spoke to them on Thursday and got confirmation that the car would be ready the next day. I need to use Uber all weekend long because I simply needed the car, and they are not open to do the work on weekends. I’d give a higher number of stars on this review if they had delivered my car on the day they had promised.

I received an email from this shop for a $40 off coupon. When making the reservation I told the front desk associate about the coupon and service I needed…they assured this will be just fine. Upon picking up my vehicle I was not given a discount and had to pay full price (not a single word of fine print on the solicitation). The manager said they don’t honor coupons on oil changes…why are they accepting my reservation? I told the front desk associate about the required service AND the coupon. AVOID this place, they are running an email coupon phishing scam to drum up business on their declining operation.

I've always had excellent service here, it's my go-to for car repair. Super competent, honest, staff. I keep my Honda Civic going because of them & implicitly trust them!

I brought my car here for a state inspection expecting to pass since there is nothing wrong with my car, but they appeared pretty money hungry and failed my inspection, saying it needs $1200 worth of work to pass. Then when I drove away my blinker wasn't working. I would highly recommend not taking your car here.

I came in with a flat tire. The staff and mechanics were very friendly and accommodating. They worked quickly to get my tire repaired and I was able to pick it up within an hour or so.
