We went into the Kotara store to browse some lounges, our first time shopping at Nick Scali. The team were extremely welcoming and friendly. We were approached as soon as we entered the store then given time and space to browse. Given detailed information to help us make our decision. We purchased a stunning leather lounge and then went back a month later to purchase lounge room furniture. We are so pleased we chose Nick Scali for the customer service, quality of the furniture, warranty/ cooling off period and the great delivery service. Special thank you to Je Je. Highly recommend Nick Scali Kotara.
Great service and a huge range of furniture. My lounge was delivered on time and in perfect condition and set up by the delivery team. I am so pleased with my purchase, beautifully made and super comfortable.
Serious Warning for Nick Scali Buyers – Capello Products ⚠️ I purchased a Capello Coffee Table from Nick Scali. The product was brand new and unused, but a few days later we noticed a clear stain on the surface that is only visible in natural daylight. A Nick Scali technician came this morning to inspect and said that this is not a defect and is part of the Natural Marble Look, and that the company will not accept it as a fault. Before buying, a friend had warned me about their very poor experience with Nick Scali, but I ignored it—and now I deeply regret it. If you care about quality and after-sales service: ❌ Do not order anything from Nick Scali ❌ Do not rely on this company to acknowledge faults
Very helpful staff. The lounge is firm, but good for my back. The fabric is not as soft as I thought it would be.
My husband & I just love our new Vitorio Lounge in Smoke Blue. It looks amazing! It has transformed our room. The lounge is firmer than the display stock but staff already informed us that over time the leather will wear in and soften. In fact, staff at the Kotara store went above and beyond. Especially Jojo. My final installment I paid in store as that was easier for me. But the delivery company in Sydney didn’t see this payment on their end. This meant my order was postponed to deliver another week later. I had already took my old lounge to the tip and had no lounge to sit on. But Jojo kept me informed and she escalated it to a manager. I was delighted when a few days later my order was added back to its original delivery. The delivery team came on time and everything was sorted. Thank-you so much Nick Scali Team!
