Yaisa at party check in was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was outstanding she was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. Honestly, she set such a high standard that I wish she had been our party host. Our assigned host was nice and did their best, but unfortunately they didn’t speak Spanish, which made communication difficult for our group. Also, the party tables felt very close together, which took away a bit from the overall experience. That said, Yaisa truly stood out and made us feel welcomed right away. She is a huge asset, and I really wish we would’ve had her as our host.
My son is five years old and has been a fan of the Ninja Kidz since he was two, so this place was absolutely magical for him. Being able to come to a theme park that makes him feel connected to something he’s loved for years was such a special experience. The park is huge, with plenty of room to move around, climb, jump, and explore without feeling overcrowded. The attractions are very well thought out and feel appropriate for a wide range of ages—from toddlers all the way up to preteens—which is hard to find in one place. Everything is energetic, fun, and clearly designed with kids in mind. Watching my son light up and feel like he was “part of the Ninja Kidz world” made the visit totally worth it. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to any families with young kids, especially Ninja Kidz fans.
Had my son’s birthday party here, and unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to what I was hoping for. I understand that weekend parties at indoor play parks can be hectic, but with how busy it was, I really feel there should be two hosts per table. The one host assigned to us seemed overwhelmed and a bit disorganized, possibly new or not fully trained yet. Our table wasn’t prepared with party materials when we arrived, drinks took a while, and the host didn’t stay with the group as expected to guide the kids through the activities. That said, the kids still had a great time and my son truly enjoyed his day, which is what matters most. The venue itself is super cool and has so much potential. I just wish the service had matched the space.
The new Ninja Kidz Action Park at American Dream is absolutely AWESOME! My kids had the best time — the park is packed with obstacles, trampolines, and challenges that keep them moving, laughing, and burning energy. Everything looks brand-new, super clean, and really well-designed. The staff is friendly, helpful, and great with kids, which makes the whole experience even better. One of the best parts is how inexpensive the monthly membership is. For the price, you get incredible value — unlimited active fun, tons of different areas to explore, and a place the kids never get tired of. Compared to other indoor parks, the membership here is honestly a steal. If you're looking for something fun, exciting, and affordable for your kids, I highly recommend Ninja Kidz Action Park! My family is already obsessed.
Adding a star for now because their customer service on the phone was very good. They are genuinely upset that we didn’t have a great experience and we will be giving them a second chance soon. We went on a Tuesday but many schools were not in session so it was crowded and loud. My kids are 12 and 17 and they are big kids (5’4’’ and 5’ 9’’) my 12 year old liked the dodgeball area and the balance beams where you can try to knock each other off. My 17 year old did not use anything in the park, he was afraid that he might hurt someone because there were so many very small very young children running around unattended and not following the rules of the different areas. The park felt dangerous to me, I went down the blue slide and got rug burn on both my elbows and hit my head so hard on the bumper that I had to sit down for a while to recover and still had neck pain à few days later. As far as the staff, some seemed overwhelmed while others seemed aloof. I am glad that I did not pay to go here because we were attending a birthday party.
