Called into shop a few days ago after having enquired about a book. David had reserved it for me without me even asking👌 I then had to contact him the following day as there was a publication error and his response and help was first class. Lovely cosy shop and I would have no hesitation in recommending, 5⭐️
We loved it. We travelled far to visit this book shop. My daughter said it had nice cosy vibes. I just liked the books. I should say I also liked other stuff about it, not just the books.

Just discovered this bookshop today with my three year old. We had a lovely time browsing the brilliant and quirky selection and chatting to the man behind the counter who was really friendly and welcoming. He let me know that they can order in anything they don't have and when he noticed my student card round my neck he told me I could avail of student discount which I always forget to ask about! My three year old was extra impressed with the pictures of all the staff's pets at the counter. We'll definitely be back with my other two children!
After reading about this shop, I added it to my bucket list of bookshops I want to visit. I was not disappointed. The shop is small and feels very intimate and personal. Staff are lovely, and made me feel very special on this visit. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area again!
