Basil and Ali responded to our moving job with care and thoughtful expertise. We greatly appreciated their efficiency and careful effort to ensure our beloved goods and furniture were delivered in pristine condition. Highly recommended.
Basil and Ali did a fantastic job. The assignment was not easy given the fact the moving destination was up three flights of steep stairs in an apartment with no lift. Basil and Ali took care of everything even setting up beds and furniture. Extremely grateful for their hard work and service and will definitely use No Limits removalists again. From organising to moving they have been first class and would highly recommend.
Overall, I would rate this moving company 9 out of 10. Francis was very helpful throughout the process. He replied to emails quickly and always provided accurate and clear information, which made the booking process smooth. The two movers were friendly, supportive, and professional. They arrived on time and even finished a little earlier than expected, which I appreciated. That said, the price is not cheap, so I expected the experience to be a bit more careful. One box was placed upside down, causing liquid inside to leak, and unfortunately there was no apology, which was disappointing. Additionally, the final price was calculated incorrectly, and we almost overpaid by around $300, which was stressful. Despite these issues, the overall service was still good, and I appreciate their efficiency and communication and still recommend them if our friends & family ask.
I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ameer &Fahid, a driver working for No Limit. Honestly, at first I told Amir that it was impossible for the truck to fit all of my belongings, but Amir confidently promised that he would take everything — and he truly kept his word. I am very grateful for his high morals, respectful attitude, and professionalism at work. People like him are rare these days, and he represents the company in the best possible way. I strongly hope the company keeps and supports him, as he is a true example of an ideal employee and a symbol of integrity and professionalism.
Outstanding Premium Service – 4-Bedroom Move Sydney to Melbourne After reading some mixed reviews, I was initially hesitant and almost backed out. However, the team at NoLimits kept their promises and gave me the confidence to proceed. We booked their Premium Service (not a shared load) for our 4-bedroom house move, which was the best decision we could have made. The team arrived at 6:00 AM sharp as requested with a 16-tonne truck and two incredible movers. Because it was a dedicated premium service, the entire process was efficient and focused solely on our belongings. Their dedication and professional attitude truly amazed me and turned a stressful interstate move into a relaxed experience. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend opting for their premium service!
