They are Thieves, Cheats, Scammers, Fraudsters! I bought a Yamaha Virago 1100 from NorCalScooters. After I rode it home, I went to the DMV site to transfer it to my name, and was asked to contact an agent for some reason. Just curious, I did a VIN lookup and was shocked to find out that the bike they sold me as an XV1100 (look at their ad) is actually an XV750 (look at the VIN lookup screenshot). When I called them back, they won't pick up my calls, I tried for 3 days. Then I called from my friend's phone and the owner, Jim, picked up and said, "it's not our bike anymore" and refused to take it back. They took no accountability for falsely advertising a 750cc motorcycle as an 1100cc and refused to do the right thing by me even when I offered to come back myself and return the motorcycle. Feeling hurt, and so stupid for trusting them. The excitement I had of buying a motorcycle has turned into utter regret. I'm contacting my lawyers to see the options to sue them, return them the motorycle, and get my money back. I would advice you all to steer clear off of them, and save yourself the pain of being cheated out of your money. No matter how desperate you are for a motorcycle, do not go to Norcal scooters for any reason unless you want to get cheated and scammed.
absolute horrible place, if your trying to get your ebike fixed and they run a diagnostic test they will purposely ruin the back even more so they can get the money from you.. i lost 3 screws in my bike and he missed the brakes up even more, and the throttle don’t work now.
My scooter had an issue with the wheel and brake. I originally bought it new for $300. I came to your shop to get the wheel and brake (including the cable) replaced. When I asked for a price, you told me you’d call me back. Later, you called and quoted $200 for the job. I agreed. Two days later, you called again and said it was ready for pickup. I came, paid the $200, and took the scooter. Afterwards, I noticed that the brake wasn’t fixed. When I asked, you said the part wasn’t available — but I was still charged the full amount, even though part of the work was not done.
I want to express my immense gratitude! They helped me a lot in finding the right part for my motorcycle — a stator for Ninja 250 '10. Moreover, they gave it to me with the cover, which made my work so much easier. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the person who helped us, but their kindness and professionalism deserve special mention. They even showed us the yard, and it was absolutely incredible! Thank you for your kindness and support. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for original parts and quality service!
