One of my favorite spot Italian restaurant. They have a lunch special which is I always got the lamb chops with salads. They have complimentary garlic bread which is so good! Unlimited for $1. Customer service is amazing we sit down in there VIP rooms to celebrate my coworker bday. The place is elegant great for any occasion.
If you think you are going to a cozy Italian restaurant you're not. This is a very busy loud restaurant that is always full, that's because the food is good, ample servings, great attentive service. Nice wine list. We had the olive appy and the pork belly, both delicious. Then we shared the veal chop, this is were the wife and I disagree, she loved it, said it was Krispy and good. I thought it was on the dry bland side, you be the judge?
We went to Nora’s to celebrate my brother’s birthday and we did make a reservations since we were 6 adults, 1 toddler and a baby. They gave us a private room right by the entrance. My mom is claustrophobic so she wasn’t a fan but we didn’t ask to move. Thinking they put us there because of the kids. Service: The service was fast and the server came often to check up on us. But it was soon apparent that it was because they wanted to rush us out to make time for another table. Seems they have quotas to meet as he kept asking me for a to go box 20 minutes after getting the food. I wasn’t able to eat it so fast as I was feeding my baby. Food: The food is above ok but not exceptional. The bread they give out is super hard and salty. The wine was not even a full glass and they gave out wine in the smaller glass. I got the Mel rose pasta with shrimp. It was so drenched in the basil pesto sauce that it was hard for me to finish it but the shrimp tasted fresh and it was seasoned well. I also ordered a side of mashed potatoes. Too salty for my taste and not enough butter. The chocolate cake dessert wasn’t moist enough and tasted bland. The pistachio cream did make it a tad better. Atmosphere: We were put in the private room right by the entrance away from everyone. Which worked out because of the kids but we didn’t get to enjoy the darker, more dim-lit setting. The room we were in had bright lights and it was hot. Parking: We got there at 4:45pm so there were plenty of parking spaces. When we got out at 6:20pm, there were multiple cars circling the parking lot for a space. This place gets packed.
I had my 52nd birthday dinner at this restaurant. I have been trying to get to for the last year! And let me just tell you..... It was worth the wait! The restaurant is gorgeous, the service was impeccable, the food is phenomenal, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend coming here for any occasion! Thank you so much for a spectacular meal with my best friend (the woman in the photo).
My husband and I went here this evening for my birthday dinner. The food was great as was the ambiance. I definitely recommend the meatball appetizer and add a side of roasted potatoes to whatever you order, they're to die for! Our waiter was very nice and I appreciate the birthday tiramisu! Tip: I highly recommend making a reservation, they can get really busy!
