I found N. AL Technical Services on-line, read his Bio & called him for a custom PC build. Jim is Great! A great computer expert & a great person! Very good customer service. Honest & reliable. North Alabama Technical Services has provided excellent computer services and advice to me for over five years. Jim is flexible about providing computer and technical advice when i need it. I have found the company and its owner Jim Ferrell to be honest and reliable. I recommend him.
I admit that i know very little about how to fix problems that come up on my personal computer. But, after hiring the expertise of Jim Ferrell at NATS, i don’t need to know. HE IS AN EXPERT!!! His technical skills and knowledge are unmatched and he is a true professional in the way he approaches his work. He was so patient explaining (at my level) the problems I was encountering and his methodology for making the repairs……..very warm and easy to talk to. And to top it all off, his fee was reasonable. And on top of that, he explained that I didn’t need certain apps that I had put on my computer that were costing me dollars (and memory) each year!! He saved me money! Bottom line: Mr. Ferrell is the only one I trust for computer-related services!
I give my highest recommendation to Jim Ferrall with North Alabama Technical Services. I had some software issues I was not able to fix or deal with so I called Jim. He came to my place of business quickly, and did the needed repairs. I never had a doubt he knew what he was doing. If you have computer or software problems, call Jim Ferrall and he will help you very professionally.
My 6 yr old PC lost all apps and WiFi ability. Before throwing it against a wall and buying a new one, I found Jim. He fixed it with ease, kept me informed, upgraded a couple apps and the drive at a very reasonable price. It works better than the original condition. I’m so pleased and thankful. Highly recommend!!
