I have joined a couple of workshops with Chris and Kieran. Both workshops have been fantastic. Well organised and superb teaching - oh and very enjoyable too!

I enjoyed the workshop. Chris is a great tutor and explains concepts really well. If you have any questions or need any help, he is more than willing to help you out. I highly recommend his classes!
October 9th - Had a great evening at our art club! Chris Clements came to do an excellent demo for us on ‘Charcoal, the Soft Approach’. Chris was really interesting and informative and we learned a lot, especially about shading and the brush technique - a very enjoyable evening, thanks Chris! Lyn, Swinton Art Club
I can highly recommend Northern Realist Drawing & Painting. I've done 2 online portrait painting courses with Chris and found the skills and techniques I've learned invaluable. Chris' teaching method is clear and methodical with a video of the lesson posted soon after to follow at your own speed. He's a super talented painter with a wealth of experience and I would highly recommend him to artists of all levels.
