Excellent service, as always. My tech was on time, very thorough, and happy to answer all my questions. I have a yearly maintenance contract which I highly recommend. The price I paid included both a furnace check and an AC check next spring. Well worth it!
I had to run over to leave a review. I just had an amazing experience with Northland Heating and specifically with Christian and Cassidy. Firstly, Cassidy was able to send Christian out in a moments notice. I'm sure that' difficult with it snowing and all, but they were able to fit me in. They also kept in constant communication with me on when they'd show up. Christian showed up and listened to my "diagnosis" and was able to rectify the situation in a manner with such ease. Even educated me on some things. I had a competitor come out last week, and within 2 minutes of being there, his first thought was to sell me a new furnace. Christian, actually took the time to listen to me, work on the furnace, and come up with the solution. The whole time, keeping me abreast of my options. I hate that competitors only guide is to sell you something new. I know I'll need a new furnace one day, but today ain't it. You can tell Christian and Northland are trustworthy, which I'm sure anyone who needs service needs. Also, they are VERY fair in pricing. All my heating and cooling needs will go to Northland Heating & Air Conditioning and I will let anyone I know that this is the company to go with.
As part of heating system periodic service, a defective starter part was determined to be defective and replacement was recommended. The service provider was helpful and honest in explaining the issue. He obtained and replaced the part efficiently and successfully. I thought the price was somewhat high but that was surely not the responsibility of the service provider. His service was excellent..
