Theresa Healey Fuller is the most amazing travel agent. From the day of booking until we returned ( plus following up after) Our trip,To Rui Guanacaste , Costa Rica was my first all inclusive trip. All travel arrangements were taken care of. We had zero stress due to Theresa's best care. I personally wouldn't travel anywhere with out her taking care of our vacation. Can't wait until the next adventure!!
Having Angela as our travel consultant provided peace of mind because she considered every everything for our Amawaterways river Cruise. She planned our trip of a lifetime! And we could not have been more thrilled. She advised us on every detail! She is so easy to talk to and takes into consideration whatever you want on your travels and makes it happen! Our agent Angela was so helpful in helping us decide which resort we were going to. She shared all information she had about each place to help us make the right choices for our family. When booking our next trip we will return to Angela and Northstar Travel. Our family had an amazing time at the resort! We stayed in the adults-only area, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. There were two pools, one with a swim-up bar and the other more relaxed. One pool had all the daily activities happening, while the other was quieter. They were really accommodating to our needs and made sure our experience was great. There were a lot of different food options, and you only need to make reservations for three of them, which meant we had a lot of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day and night. We didn’t do any excursions, but there were plenty of options. The buffet had so many different options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you like tennis or just want to play for fun, there are multiple courts you can use, and there’s no extra cost unless you want lessons. The beach had some rocky areas, but there were still plenty of sandy spots. We would definitely go back!
Had a wonderful experience with Northstar thanks to Rebecca. She was so patient with us and extremely thorough. She took her time to sift through countless resorts, questions and destinations. Our trip was incredible thanks to her expertise. Her communication skills were superb. She answered each and every question we had in a timely fashion and provided us with tons of information. Jamaica was stunning and I’m so thankful to have had her support in finding our perfect spot. I look forward to booking my next vacation through her. :)
