1st time order for Birthday & not a good 1st impression. At check out, I specifically asked were the 12 mini cakes labeled since I had multiple different flavors. Lady said yes. Box was sealed so I did not double check in Store. I get home to check & NO SUCH list of each flavor. Called Store back multiple times for help & auto service picked up each time. Did not speak with a person. So I called a different location to try & get some help. Had to describe the colors of each cake to lady & get a guess of flavor.
They were so kind to give me a little birthday Bundt cake — such a thoughtful gesture that really shows the care they have for their customers. On top of that, their cakes are absolutely flawless! They truly deserve all the success they’ve achieved. I first discovered them in Florida, where I lived a year ago, and I continue to be a loyal and attentive customer who loves following their work. Later today, I plan to pick up a limited-edition coconut Bundt cake, which I’m sure will be delicious! Congratulations to the entire team for their attention to every detail — from the products to the packaging, everything is so carefully planned. The birthday Bundt cake was truly special.
Ever since I tried Nothing Bundt Cakes, I’ve been hooked they’re absolutely delicious. This is about the third time I’ve stopped in right before closing, around 6:25 p.m, and Max has been my cashier every time. His customer service is always friendly and welcoming, even when I walk in just five minutes before closing. He also gives great cake recommendations if you’re not sure what to try.
I love this place! I've been in here a few times the past month and had a great experience each and every time. The Assistant Manager Laila has happened to help me most of the time, and has been so sweet and friendly. Although the customer service is fantastic, the cakes are the real star! I've been to locations in other cities (I think Chesapeake) and the quality was just alright. The Norfolk location brings their A game in quality. I truly appreciate having this store so close by, AND having a great experience each and every time. P.S. That Cookie Butter Cake is the best thing I have ever tasted in my life!
I got my Bundt cake delivered. While eating it, I pulled out a LONG HAIR! I did call and they were very nice about the situation but I still just feel icked out! It was baked into the cake!!!!
