I had the pleasure of working with Chef Allyson for a recent intimate wedding weekend, and their talent left a lasting impression. The menu was both creative and refined, showcasing beautifully balanced flavors and the best of local, seasonal ingredients. Every dish felt intentional — artful without being overworked. Beyond their culinary skill, Chef Allyson brought a calm professionalism and genuine warmth that made the experience seamless and enjoyable for the vendors, the couple and the guests. Even after one collaboration, it’s clear that Chef Allyson brings a rare combination of artistry and hospitality to their work.
We hired Allyson for our wedding in October and we legitimately could not have made a better choice for our caterer. Allyson and her entire team did a phenomenal job in making sure our reception ran smoothly and all guests were well fed and happy. Allyson was the calm in storm of wedding day chaos and the entire service was executed flawlessly. She and her staff were incredibly kind, warm, and gracious throughout the whole process, start to finish. The food was beyond our expectations - fresh, seasonal, local, inspired, expertly crafted and plated. Our guests could not stop raving about the quality! Hands down the best caterer in the Sacramento area! 🙌🙌🙌
I found Notre Ferme kind of by accident, but Chef Allyson could not have been a more perfect fit for our wedding day. The Notre Ferme team’s warmth and hospitality brought magic to our day. Our midwest “meat and potatoes” family had nothing but rave reviews (even for the salad), and our food snob friends ranked it #1 for wedding catering they’ve had. Our soup was served individually, but the rest of our meal was family style. It brought a familiar warmth to such an elevated and perfectly executed meal. Nobody left less than full, and Chef Allyson ensured our guests with dietary restrictions had a seamless experience. Legitimately, the best food I've ever had. We couldn’t have been happier with Allyson as our wedding caterer. From the start, she helped us craft a menu that felt personal and thoughtful, and every single dish was a hit. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and exactly what we’d hoped for. Her staff was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience feel seamless. Allyson truly exceeded our expectations. Our guests were blown away by the food, and people are still talking about certain dishes months later. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, and we’re so grateful to have had her as part of our big day. I can't recommend her enough.
Notre Ferme transformed our yard into a magical place for drinks, appetizers and dinner! We had the most beautiful table and the most wonderful delicious food ever! Chef Allyson and her team worked so well together to make sure everyone at our dinner was always happy! Thank you Notre Ferme for a wonderful evening with great food and friends!
