I have been invited to this place over 20 times as a guest and every time the venue just blows my mind. This is more than a wedding destination this is a venue that can be transformed into your wildest dreams. Because of that I am bringing one of our companies Flagship networking events to this space to showcase its beauty and big a buzz in the city of big Dreamers. If you looking for a dope venue with a dope owner and amazing staff look no further.
We cannot thank NOVA 535 enough for our beautiful event! They worked with us from start to finish to make sure everything was exactly right, and went off without a hitch. Beautiful venue and outstanding staff. 400+ people had an amazing time!! THANK YOU!
NOVA 535 is hands-down the BEST venue in the area! The space is stunning, unique, and perfect for any event. What really made the experience unforgettable was the staff — Chris and April are absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly energy made everything run smoothly. If you want a venue with top-tier service and a team that truly cares, NOVA 535 is the place. Highly recommend!
Our wedding was the best night of our life. This venue is everything we could have dreamed of. Everything from our first tour to the big day was run so smoothly. We truly didn't have to worry about anything. It all started with April Sherwin doing our tour, answering our questions, making recommendations for band, flowers, dress, etc. If NOVA recommended it, we were in! Then as the day came closer, we were passed off to the manager AJ who took care of EVERYTHING. We had planning meetings, multiple discussions, she even did a cocktail tasting with us for our signature drinks. She organized everything, made sure we were fed, checked in on us throughout the night, and was the perfect behind the scenes conductor to the whole day. We cannot thank NOVA enough! We would choose them over and over again, and recommend them to ANYONE wanting an event space. The lighting, the location, the space, the AV, the loft vibe... look no further. This is the best wedding venue to the city.
If you check out the negative reviews, you can pretty quickly see it's a lot of edge cases and maybe even malicious actors. As a DJ, one of my favorite things is finding gems of venues and places might not look twice at while driving past it on the street. From the outside it's unremarkable from any other building on the street, but the moment you open the gate you are transported into a destination resort. They have CLEARLY put a lot of thought into the intentional design of the customer experience. The garden, the grand staircase, the balcony with the elevator... this is definitely going to be on my preferred venue list not just for St. Pete but between the two states I've performed DJ services in. No idea what they charge but they absolutely make it worth every penny.
