I came here a year or so ago to get a syringe of lip filler. Injector was cold and didn’t explain what she was doing, nor did she leave numbing on long enough. Wasn’t even asked about shape or really even spoken to at all during the appointment. Genuinely most painful experience I’ve ever had with filler. I’ve since gone to a new injector, who educates, explains, cares about my anatomy, and genuinely just treats me like a human being. The migration and bumps were so bad that I’ve had to go THREE times to get the filler dissolved that was injected from NSI. My new injector has unfortunately told me she’s had many clients in her chair that have come from NSI to get things fixed. I’ve gotten new filler since and haven't had any issues. Not to mention I literally feel nothing when dissolving or injecting with my new injector. I have friends who’ve gotten their lips done here as well and they never want to get them done again/fixed because it was such a horrible experience all around. This place weirdly has good reviews for how many people I know who’ve had bad experiences here, I would recommend finding somewhere else to get things done.
I have had a great experience here with every interaction. Cat and Peyton are both fabulous. I’m 100% comfortable. They are knowledgeable and helpful.
I moved from Connecticut a year ago and needed to find a new place for my eyebrows. Jordan does an amazing job everytime. She actually truly wants to get to know her clients. I recommend NSI 100% to all my friends and family.
I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Cat! As someone who was very apprehensive about getting lip filler, I walked in with a lot of nerves and questions — and Cat handled every bit of it with total grace, professionalism, and genuine care. From the start, she took the time to explain everything — the product, the process, what to expect during and after, and the best plan based on my natural lip shape and desired outcome. I never felt rushed or pressured, and her calm, reassuring energy made such a difference for me. She listened closely, answered all my questions with patience, and helped me feel truly confident in my decision. The actual procedure was way easier than I imagined, and that’s 100% because of Cat’s expertise and gentle touch. She’s incredibly detail-oriented, and it shows — my lips look SO natural and beautiful. Just the right amount of volume, perfectly balanced, and still totally “me,” which is exactly what I wanted. If you’ve been on the fence or feeling nervous like I was, I cannot recommend Cat enough. She’s not just talented — she cares, and that’s what sets her apart. I’m so grateful I found her!
I went to NSI for the weight loss model injection(semaglutide) since doing the injection, I have lost a little over 20lbs and have learned how maintain the weight loss. Amber has been amazing! I look forward to our weekly check ins. She gives tips and tricks on how to keep the weight off and has turned my thinking about my body into positive thoughts. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable and are genuinely there for you, they not just looking to make a dollar but they are there to help you look and feel like the beautiful you are. I 1000% recommend them. And they’re prices are so affordable
