A lot of scamming Plumbing Companies out there. For sure Number One Plumbing scamming . Called out for a Hydro Jet Service, Technician that was sent out seemed like he didn't have a clue of what to do. Quoted me $858 Each Service For either Hydro Jet or Snake Job. When I denied service Tech tried to say he “brought it down to $480 for me “ he then tried to charge me $102 for “Dispatch Fee” after denying all services . He didnt even look at anything, I told him what was wrong. Called TLC plumbing and Payed $150 for what Number One Plumbing Was Quoting me $400- $858 for . How do you go from $858 to $400?? Seems Like These Guys Are Just Money Hungry Don't even care about taking care of the issue all they want is money . TLC plumbing did a camera, a snake and a bag . Took care of the issue, diagnostic and everything for $150. Dont waist time in Number 1 Plumbing.
I always feel like I’m a priority with Number 1 plumbing and A/C. Nathan called and said he could come over early. He Investigated and discovered that the toilet upstairs was leaking. Fixed it, cleaned up and was done! Thanks #1! Five stars.
Had a great experience with Number One Plumbing! Chance was my technician—professional, friendly, and honest. No pressured upsells, just straightforward service. Pricing was excellent—much better than the big-name companies. They answered on the first call and had me scheduled within five days for my cooling changeover. Highly recommend both Chance and Number One Plumbing!
My experience with this plumbing company was extremely disappointing and stressful. I hired them to install a water softener system, and the entire process was handled poorly from start to finish. After the initial installation, I noticed a small leak that quickly turned into a larger one, leaving me with a water cleanup and a growing sense of urgency. I contacted the plumber directly, but he didn’t seem concerned about my emergency. I then called the company’s 24-hour line to have someone come out and fix the issue. Because of the delay in getting an emergency plumber to my home, I ended up missing a scheduled flight. The company later scheduled another plumber to reinstall the system correctly. However, he arrived nearly two hours late, which caused me to miss an important appointment I had planned that day. After that second installation, I began having water pressure issues that required another visit from the same company to make additional adjustments. I spoke with the manager about everything — the leaks, cleanup, missed flight, missed appointment, and all the added stress. He told me he would speak with the owner about reducing my cost to offset my losses, but weeks have passed and I still haven’t received any follow-up or resolution. This company has shown a serious lack of professionalism, reliability, and accountability. Between the poor communication, repeated issues, and total disregard for the inconvenience and expense they caused, I would not recommend them to anyone.
Chance and Vinny came out separately each giving a solar system inspection on a home I was buying. Both offering unique perspectives on the system. Vinny was keen on supplying exactly the information that met goals I had regarding of buying a 12 year old system. Chance met my expectations then Vinny came along and exceeded them. I strongly recommend Number One Plumbing, AC, Solar & Electric for your solar inspections and possibly future upgrades. Have your systems before buying! It will easily pay for itself.
