So happy with their service, it was so much fun for the kids! My granddaughter enjoyed every minute jumping! You can't go wrong with sparkling castle and her theme was Frozen so we were so happy that they had that panel to attach! The boys who came to drop off and pick up were so pleasant/professional. I recommend this company they were just on time and the pickup was fast and easy.
Had the T-Rex Bounce House / Water Pool Combo while camping for the weekend. Best experience ever. Had so much fun using it. Plus adding the generator rental came in handy for movie night. The staff were real friendly and understanding of my time frames with dropping off & picking up bounce house. For such a huge product, I’d say they were pretty quick unloading & loading it back on the truck. Will definitely try to rent again every year!
Oahu Jump was very good at communicating the time they would be coming. The drivers called before they dropped off and picked up with an ETA. They were all friendly and very nice. The kids had a great time! They only got off the slide to eat.
Big Mahalo to Oahu Jump for helping to make my son’s 7th birthday party a blast! Unfortunately, the original vendor I reached out to 2 weeks prior was way to expensive for the cost of the delivery and at the last moment we searched on google for a rental slide company. I choose Oahu Jump for 3 awesome reasons. 1. Convenient 2. Affordable 3. Flexible! I was able to choose the slide & loved how I could view the available dates to rent on the calendar (which was 4 days away from his party date.) with the prices included. Bonus, free delivery if you allow them to deliver 48 or or less from your party time. That’s what really did it for me. I was told it was going to cost me 250 to deliver my slide from another vendor and was told by Oahu jump FREE DELIVERY! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it was quick and easy to book. Confirmed text right away. Communication was on point from beginning to end. One man setup and he was quick and on it. Here’s some pictures to share how we enjoyed our experience. Mahalo Oahu Jump for also allowing us to enjoy the slide longer! I will always send a referral your way. 🤙🏽 Our ohana is forever grateful for the memories.
