My teammate was bowling a 300 and the lane broke. They told us it would be 10 min. We waited and the part didn’t fix it so we had to move. They said we get no compensation because we didn’t move when the part broke. We told them we had someone on path to get a 300 so we would wait. They said they wouldn’t do anything for us and made us move. Needless to say, our teammate didn’t get a strike on his first throw on the new lane and the bowling alley did not care. Do not come here if you are a league bowler. They do not care about you.
As a Youth Mentor for at Risk Youth, we brought our Youth to an outing here on Monday. The staff was super nice, especially to the kids & that was much appreciated. The kids & staff had a terrific time. We appreciate you all from the bottom of our hearts ❤️
## Amazing Birthday Party Experience! 🎉 I booked a birthday party in the private room, and we had such a fantastic time! The room was clean and provided a nice escape from the heat outside. Patricia assisted us from the moment we arrived until the party wrapped up. Her attention to detail and support made everything run smoothly. I would definitely recommend Oak Hills Bowling Center!
I must start by stating that I am not a frequent bowler and do not go to many bowling alleys however we went here for a kids birthday party and was impressed. The staff was pleasant and helpful enough. The place itself is exactly what you expect in a bowling alley. It is well kept and clean. The lanes all worked while we were there. I will say the pizza sold here, was outstanding. Really! It is on the smallish side, but you should have no problem getting a lane.... we were there on a Saturday afternoon and there seemed to be plenty of availability. I would have no problem going back.
We had so much fun at this establishment!! Will definitely be going back for more bowing and the food was good while we waited for our lanes. Service was great very friendly, clean and workers are on top of it cleaning and cleaning tables, even when they are busy. If you have food allergies like myself. I ordered the club with no bun, no cheese and no mayo and my lettus club was delicious, we also ordered fried mozzarella, fried pickles, hamburger, 9in pepperoni pizza, two basket of fries and large drinks have free refill, everything was delicious!! Some pictures of the food do not give it justice as I took it once we had already ate from the baskets lol.. pardon.. but it was good. They also have a bar which it very cool to have for the adults to have a good time
